DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

We distribute gas safely and effectively through our buried pipes and associated gas governor Stations to homes and businesses in many parts of the country. From time to time our equipment may become damaged due to third party excavations, traffic accidents or incidents, flooding, severe weather conditions or acts of vandalism. In any of these circumstances the equipment may become dangerous.

Reporting Damaged Equipment

It will help us locate damaged equipment quickly and safely if you can call the emergency number and where possible provide the location and the postcode of the equipment causing concern.

If you come across gas pipes which are on or near the ground, please stay well away from them such pipes may be carrying gas.
