Special service registers

We realise that some of customers have special requirements and reliance on their electricity supply at home e.g. for kidney dialysis machines, stair lifts and ventilators.

Please be aware that if you have hearing or sight problems are elderly, disabled or chronically sick, you may wish to register your details on our special service data base. This allows us to provide advanced notice of any interruptions to your supply giving you time to make other arrangements during the time your electricity may be of.

Please note we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply of electricity and suggest that if this is essential to you, please ask about alternative arrangements which can be utilised in emergencies.

If your electricity goes of due to a power cut and think you may be at risk, please ring your local hospital.
